Length & Hours: This class is 8 weeks long. The first four weeks are held Monday - Friday for 4 hours a day, either in the morning or the evening, at CLUES - Minneapolis. The second four weeks are held Monday - Friday for 4-5 hours a day, either in the morning or the evening, with the training partner.
Registration: Registration is in person at either CLUES site on Thursdays from 1 pm - 3 pm or call for an appointment.
Certification: Upon completion of the first 4 weeks of class, the student will get the NCRC. Upon completion of the full 8 weeks, the student will take a CNA Certificate test.
Next steps: Completion of this class and passing of the certificate test prepares students for the Red Cross training for Nursing Assistant. The Red Cross will then help students find jobs.

Brief description:

This class helps students with test-taking and study skills. BIOL 1730 is a challenging class that moves along quickly and demands a lot of time and effort. The support class reviews the material at a slower pace, allowing for greater retention and understanding.

The TEAS Prep Class provides support to students who study better in a classroom environment with:
