- Ethnicity - Census driven, can't alter set
- Gender
- Age
Learner Status Measures
- Labor force status
- Disability status
- Rural residence status
- Learner goals/reasons for attending program (PEP) - mandatory, realistically achievable within one program year, long-term versus short-term. Determined by and should match NRS entry level.
- Complete Educational Functioning Level- placement in NRS level based on a pre-test and post-test score that reflects completion of that level
- Enter Employment
- Retain Employment
- Obtain GED or HS Diploma
- Enter Post-Secondary Education Institution or Training Program
Learner Participation Measures - Contact hours (attendance) and type of program that learner enrolled
- Program Type - (determines reporting tables)
- Adult Literacy
- Family Literacy
- Workplace Literacy
- Homeless Program
- Work-Based Project Learning Program
