Study of Underserved Populations for St. Paul Public Library
In early 2004, the Saint Paul Public Library received a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Federal grant from the Minnesota Department of Education to conduct a community needs assessment of underserved populations in our community. The project was proposed to allow the Library to assess the needs of diverse communities and learn how to meet those needs as they relate to the Library system, and help develop a strategic plan for the Library.
The Library contracted with SPCLC to complete this study.
